The primary function of coalescing filters in air compression systems is to remove impurities, fine oil and gas particles, and odorous gases from the compressed air. In response to the requirements of compressed air applications, factors such as filter pore size, moisture content, residual oil content, etc., are the main criteria for inspection. Airflows that meet quality standards ensure the proper operation of equipment and extension of the life-span of system, which significantly saves the running cost of entire system.

Using multiple layers of stacked microfiber filter material to capture oil particles in the oil and gas, the oil particles will coalesce within the filter material layers and drain out to make sure the long life span, while the clean gases will pass through the filter material to achieve oil and gas separation. Applications include: air compressors, high-speed railway trains, etc.
